Heidi Klum arrived at her 25th annual Halloween party on Saturday night as a severed hand. The costume features a bloody wrist with her head positioned in the center of the palm. Her fingers display rings and a fresh manicure.

Klum has been known as the Queen of Halloween for two decades. She transformed into Medusa, E.T., a peacock, Fiona from Shrek, Jessica Rabbit, and a worm in previous years. This year's event marked the 25th anniversary of the gathering.

The supermodel arrived in a truck covered in red danger signs. Actors in yellow hazmat suits helped her to the ground upon arrival. She has teased the transformation on Instagram throughout the day, asking followers to guess the look.

Klum collaborates with special effects makeup designer Mike Marino on her costumes. Marino won an Emmy for his work on The Penguin. He described the current look as one of the most elaborate ever made, noting that the complication of the design is really challenging.

The event is presented by Apothic and Butterfinger. It takes place at Cathédrale Restaurant at Moxy East Village. Klum promised earlier in the year that the look would be very, very bloody. She noted that it goes very well with red wine.

The partnership includes limited-edition Apothic x Heidi Klum Type A Blood Bags. These Halloween collectibles are inspired by the appearance of blood bags. The items were also served at the party.
