Bryan Johnson has partnered with Tovala to bring his official Longevity Meal line to the fresh meal delivery market. The collaboration began on Thursday, October 29. Johnson is widely known for his intensive health protocols, and this deal makes those specific dietary rules available to a wider consumer base through a national food service.
The Tovala menu now features Johnson's two permanent signature dishes, Super Veggie and Nutty Pudding. These items sit alongside a rotating selection of chef-crafted entrees. Every dish in this line carries a Blueprint Certified label. Johnson stated, "In my protocol, every ingredient fights for its life." He added that these meals must meet that same strict standard to earn the certification.
The nutritional design of each meal centers on lean proteins, healthy fats, and nutrient-rich ingredients. The dishes exclude more than 100 banned ingredients. Specifically, the food contains no dairy, artificial preservatives, refined sugars, or hydrogenated oils. The recipes aim for specific macronutrient targets to balance protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Most of the options provide at least eight grams of fiber and 35 grams of protein.
Tovala distinguishes itself from other meal delivery services through its hardware. Every customer receives a Tovala Smart Oven with their subscription. This countertop device uses precise heat and cooking settings developed by chefs for each specific meal. Users scan a QR code to start a custom cook cycle. The oven includes Bake, Broil, Air Fry, Toast, and Reheat modes. The manufacturer positions the device as a replacement for a standard oven, toaster, air fryer, and microwave.
Customers choose their plan based on the number of meals they want per week. They then select their preferred dishes from the available menu. The service requires only one minute of preparation time. Individual servings start at $8.99. The Smart Oven unit has a starting price of $69.
